Police are trying to open streets blocked by demonstrators in Yerevan - more than 120 protesters have been detained

In Yerevan, police are trying to open the streets blocked by opposition demonstrators. Law enforcers also began to open the entrances of government buildings.

More than 120 protesters were detained. Opposition leader Nikolas Pashiani said that the next rally will be held in the Republic Square.

Protest march is taking place in the central streets of Yerevan. Participants protest the stay of the former president of the country in the Government. Parliament approved Serzh Sargsyan on the post of prime minister two days ago.
