The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirms that the that secret video-audio recording was carrned out in Mariam Chanturia`s car.

 The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that in the course of investigation on the criminal case of Samson Kutateladze"s murder, based on the judgment of the Rustavi City Court of 5 February and 6 March 2018 and 6 April 2018, a hidden video-cam was installed in the car of one of the witnesses of the murder case. On April 20, 2018 a decision was made by the court on withdrawal of surveillance camera ".

The statement also says that on April 20, the investigator of the Rustavi City Division summoned the citizen M.Ch.t to carry out an investigative act in connection with the fraud committed against the citizen. When she was in the police station, the law enforcers carried out the removal of hidden audio and video equipment in the yard of the department, which the citizen noticed. She informed the General Inspection and Patrol Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about it.

"In connection with the abovemention, M.Ch. was summoned to the Kvemo Kartli regional prosecutor"s office to get acquainted with the legal basis for the secret investigations carried out against her - the court ruling and the information on the completion of the investigative event,"- the statement of the Interior Ministry said.
