City Hall Supervision Service against Aiisa LLC - City Court will be considering the complaint of the Municipality of Tbilisi, where the court must determine whether or not the stickers on the condoms are unethical advertising and the result is the violation of human rights of certain groups.

The City Hall demands to impose a penalty and remove the condoms from selling.

The representatives of the AIISA say that the inscriptions and images on the condoms are freedom of expression and its restriction is inadmissible.

The court has already listened to the parties and left for passing the decision. The judge will announce the verdict on May 4.
