Giorgi Margvelashvili"s protest was perceived by a part of the lawmakers as an ultimatum and they demanded from the Chairman of the Parliament not to satisfy Margvelashvili"s demand and the other part advised the speaker to compromise.

Finally, the Parliament refused to fulfill the presidential request. The issue has failed at voting. This format was unacceptable for Giorgi Margvelashvili and he left the Parliament building.

The decision of the majority was followed by another demarche of the parliamentary minority . The European Georgia also left the session hall.

The president demanded the debate regime in the parliament, when after his 23-minute speech was criticized by the opposition and the ruling party.

The opposition thinks that the president of the country was afraid of attacking Bidzina Ivanishvili and the majority and he refused to talk about problems from the parliamentary tribune.

"Alliance of Patriots" was irritated more by the fact that the government left the session hall. Today the ministers stayed in the hall for half an hour.

The "Georgian Dream" criticized the president for his incorrect political accents.
