Extortion of money - Special operation in the centre of Tbilisi

Special Operation in Tbilisi Center - According to MIA, two persons were detained as a result of the special operation in Didube, near the shopping centre "Megaline".

According to the agency, the detainees are accused of extortion.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, detainees forcibly took one of the persons to the hotel with the aim of extorting money and threatened him with publishing degrading photos and videos. They threatened to kill his family members.

According to the MIA, the detainees have been convicted in the past.
