The Tbilisi City Court will discuss the case of 8 persons detained on charges of acquisition and storage of narcotic substances. The Chief Prosecutor"s Office has already appealed to the Court.

The prosecution demands imprisonment for all detainees. The defense side is going to demand bail.

The lawyers of the detainees were handed over the case materials at the end of the day. The defense side has a number of questions with the current investigation.
