The first meeting regarding the Draft Law on Drug Policy Reform will be held today. The civil sector plans to come up with specific requirements at the meeting, which is about liberalization of narcotics. At the same time, NGOs are asking the Minister of Health to attend the meeting as they say that the issue is directly related to the Ministry of Health. The first working group gathered yesterday - they discussed the details of the special operation in night clubs.
