Within the NATO-Georgia Essential Package, Germany will become a supporter od an important and ambitious initiative of the country. This was known after the meeting between the Minister of Defense of Georgia and the Deputy Defense Minister of Germany.

Levan Izoria hosted the German guest at the Ministry of Defense.

The sides discussed the current and future cooperation between the two countries in defense sphere.

The German Defense Minister, Dr. Peter Thieber, says that in recent years, close cooperation between Georgia and Germany has been established.
