Activities of the Constitutional Court are not transparent and finances are spent on irrationality - research of IDFI

The activities of the Constitutional Court are non-transparent and the expenditures of finances are irrelevant - this conclusion is made by the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information.

The members of the organization summarized and found that in the last five years, GEL 2 million was spent on bonuses and 180 thousand GEL was spent on the purchase of the car for the chair of the Constitutional Court.

NGOs will announce these and other results of the monitoring today. The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information requests legislative amendments for transparency of the court activities.
