The Chief Prosecutor of Georgia will resign, the source of " Courier" confirms the information.

According to the existing information, Shotaadze will make a statement about his resignation till the end of the day.

Several members of the parliamentary majority have called on the Chief Prosecutor to resign. Among them is Levan Koberidze. According to the MP, "Shotadze should resign due to improper, irresponsible and unqualified investigation of this resonant case."
