The statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs says that the Ministry offers because of expected provocations protection to Zaza Saralidze,father of Davit Saralidze killed in Khorava Street.

According to Zaza Saralidze, for six months he has been demanding the punisment of the murderers of his son and now he does not need to be protected by the MIA. According to Saralidze, his rights are protected by people gathered at the rally.

"The government has decided to protect me. For 6 months, I have been protecting my child"s rights and have been spewing my soul for 6 months and my son was spitting in my soul.
