One of the leaders of the Free Democrats says he is grateful for the trust, but the final decision must be taken by the ruling team.

Shalva Shavgulidze doubts that the government will agree to his candidacy.

Shalva Shavgulidze has been nominated as the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia today by European Georgia. The opposition party criticized the ruling team for selecting a new prosecutor behind closed doors.
