On the basis of blackmail the City Hall will not take unjust decision - the City Mayor Kakha Kaladze responds to the strike and protest of Metro engine drivers.

Tbilisi Mayor held a briefing due to the state of emergency in the capital. According to Kakhi Kaladze, if he meets their demands because of blackmailing, tit will not be right to other public officials.

"With full responsibility I declare that I will not allow the population of Tbilisi to be affected by blackmail and unidentified, totally unsubstantiated ultimatums. The fact that metro stations do not work today and does not serve the passengers, can be assessed as blackmail of their fellow citizens, "said Kakha Kaladze.
