Composition of the Parliamentary Temporary Investigation Commission will be approved tomorrow

The Parliamentary Temporary Investigation Commission, which will investigate the case of murder in Khorava Street in Tbilisi, will investigate concrete evidence and start questioning senior officials in the nearest future.

Sergi Kapanadze, the chairman of the parliamentary investigative commission, says that former prosecutor Irakli Shotadze and former head of General Inspection Mirza Subeliani will be questioned on the case of two youngsters killed in Khorava Street.

The Investigative Commission must determine why the Prosecutor General"s Office has not investigated properly the case for six months.

Chairman of the Investigative Commission Sergi Kapanadze will become official tomorrow after the temporary investigative commission and its composition will be approved at the special session.

The future chairperson of the commission today did not rule out summing of the Minister of Justice at the Commission sitting.

Representatives of the ruling team think that the main aim should be not a scandal but getting a result.

The National Movement will not participate in the work of the commission, they believe that the Commission is a political process besides being a legal one and its trust mandate is lower than that of the government.
