Charges against Subeliani envisage fine or 2-year imprisonment

The charges against former senior official of the prosecutor"s office, Mirza Subeliani, envisage fine or up to 2 years of imprisonment.

Several minutes ago, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Natia Mezvrishvili stated at the special briefing stating that he is detained under Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia that implies not notification of the crime.

Under Article 376 of the Criminal Code, not reporting of the offense is punishable by fine or by imprisonment from two to four years .
