Levan Khabeishvili, a member of Sakrebulo faction "National Movement", claims that patrol police officers hijacked a minibus belonging to the party.

According to Levan Khabeishvili, the mini-bus contained supply of water which was given to the participants. According to Sakrebulo member, the law enforcers took away the car without even writing a warrant.
