Giorgi Margvelashvili named Tornike Rizvadze"s candidacy for the position of Chairman of the Government of Adjara.

Giorgi Margvelashvili held consultations at Adjara Supreme Council before the nomination of the candidate.

"One candidacy was presented by the Georgian Dream, which is Mr. Tornike Rizvadze"s candidacy. The opposition, I also expressed this surprise, did not present an alternative candidate for me, but then the opposition was formed about Mr. Armaz Akhvlediani"s candidacy. Mr. Tornike Rizvadze is from the party, the majority of which is in the Supreme Council of Adjara.
