Murder in Khorava Street - Charges for False Evidence

The pupil of the school # 51 charged with false testimony on the episode of the murder in Khorava Street will officially be charged today.

The teenager"s interrogation lasted until late last night at the Tbilisi Police Main Division.

According to the lawyer, the juvenile gave a similar testimony to the court.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the teenager gave testimony of two different contents on the case. At first DG gave testimony to a preliminary investigation, describing in detail the incident and accusing Mikheil Kalandia of participating in the incident. In the testimony given to the court, he denied Mikheil Kalandia"s involvement in the incident.
