Another juvenile detained on murder case on Khorava Street will be officially charged today. The detainee"s attorney and his legal representative - mother entered the Main Police Division of Tbilisi about half an hour ago .

The defense states that they will be able to speak more about the case, after they officially receive the case materials.

The detainee is charged due to giving a false testimony in regard to the bloody murder on Khorava Street .

Police detained the pupil of the school # 51 yesterday and his interrogation lasted until late last night at the Tbilisi Police Main Division.

The teenager was interrogated in regard to Mikheil Kalandia"s involvement in the murder , but later he denied this fact .

The lawyer of the detainee says that the investigation has no more questions to his client.

" He has answered the investigation"s questions objectively and fully,"- says Gocha Kvaratskhelia, the detainee’s lawyer.

As for the possible pressure on the teenager, mentioned by the father of the murdered teenager the lawyer says that it is not true.
