So called cyanide case - lawyers received judgment of Supreme Court

The Supreme Court judgment on the so called cyanide case was handed to the lawyers. According to them, the majority of the 30-page document is identical to the sentence of the court.

According to the defense side, refusal to review the case confirms that the Supreme Court has made a political decision. This is related to Nino Gvenetadze"s resignation as the Chairperson of the Supreme Court.

Lawyers of the convicted deacon are already going to Strasbourg to fight for the innocence of Father Giorgi Mamaladze and are confident that the European Court will issue a different verdict.
