With the support of the president"s reserve fund, the library was opened in the village of Chela.

The head of the administration, visited the library in the Center for Civic Engagement of Muslims.

Giorgi Abashishvili also handed computer equipment to the village Chella Library within the framework of the project "Internet to Libraries of All Villages" funded by the President"s Reserve Fund.

Giorgi Abashishvili met with local community representatives. At the meeting, the educational needs of the youth living in the village were discussed.
