"When the Strasbourg Judges see these footage, they will form their subjective decision" - Kobakhidze speaks about the so-called Cyanid case


Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia responds to the so-called cyanide case. Irakli Kobakhidze makes little comment on the detained Giorgi Mamaladze and speaks about the suit sent to the Strasbourg Court.

The Chairman of the Parliament says that he has seen the footage, which was spread by the investigative agency after detention of Father Giorgi Mamaladze. According to him, after the judges of the Human Rights Court see these videos, they will make their own decision regarding the case.

"I do not want to get into the depths, I have personally viewed the video footage that was spread over its time after the investigative actions. When the Strasbourg judges see these footage, they are probably issue their subjective decision,| Kobakhidze says.
