Georgian Young Lawyers" Association sues Public Broadcasting for covering public information

The Georgian Young Lawyers" Association plans to file a suit against the management of the Public Broadcaster to the City Court.

The NGO appeals the decision, according to which GPB management has refused to introduce to them the plan of reorganization. For this purpose, the GPB is going to take a multi-million loan with a support of the Board of Trustees. GYLA estimates that this information is public.

"We requested the documents, on which this decision is based - a report of the General Director, where it is detailed written for what will this amount of money be spent and how this amount will be repaid. The information is public, "said Mariam Gogesashvili, lawyer of the Georgian Young Lawyers" Association.
