Filmmaker Giorgi Shengelaia joins the presidential campaign as an independent candidate. He has already applied to the CEC with the application.

An independent presidential candidate has started to collect signatures and suggests that the "Georgian Dream" will support him.

" Georgian Dream is now looking for an independent candidate and I believe that I will be the candidate, they are looking for. As I know, Mr Bidzina who is the chairman of Georgian Dream shares this position,"- Shengelaia said.
