" Honorable, experienced and well-qualified for presidency - parliamentary majority assesses Salome Zurabishvili, the Presidential Candidate.
While the opposition is disappointed with the Georgian Dream"s choice and recalls the scandalous statements of Zurabishvili, where she was referring to the Russian rhetoric about the 2008 war.

Nevertheless,the parliamentary majority believes that Zurabichvili has a unique experience and is a suitable candidate.

"Besides her unique experience, she is a very principled woman.
 We think that Salome is a person who has very strong experience and on the other hand it will keep distance, "said Irakli Sesiashvili, the chairman of the Defense and Security Committee.

MP Davit Matakashvili, the member of the parliamentary majority says, that Salome Zurabishvili " fits all the tasks that the future president of Georgia should fulfil."
