Ana Dolidze Against the Chairperson of the Kutaisi Court of Appeals - The Tbilisi City Court starts consideration on merits of the case today.

The non-judge member of the Council of Justice, complains against Dimitri Gvritishvili about humiliation of dignity.

The case is about a statement made by the chairperson of the Kutaisi Appeal Court about eight months ago, according to which Ana Dolidze worked in the Russian organization in 2008 and provided them with harmful information about Georgia"s interests.

Dolidze"s interests in court are defended by GYLA.

"We have found all evidence of my human rights activities to show that Dimitri Gvritishvili lied . We have presented all evidence that this organization is Dutch, " - says Ana Dolidze.
