At the same time, the Constitutional Court notes that it is entitled to a constitutional right to declare unconstitutional any normative act in case of necessity.

"The Constitutional Court has the authority granted by the Constitution to declare as unconstitutional any normative act if it comes to this conclusion," said Zaza Tavadze, the chairman of the Constitutional Court.
