Giorgi Kakhiani, the chairperson of the Committee on Procedural Issues has explained the procedures, which follow Nato Chkheidze"s decision to leave the party. According to Giorgi Kakhiani, if " Alliance of Patriots" cannot find a candidate to replace Nato Chkheidze, the fraction will fall apart, because it is necessary for any faction to have six members.

According to him, "Alliance of Patriots" will also lose all the seats in the committees and positions, as all the seats are received by faction quota.

Kakhiani has commented on Irma Inashvili"s post as well. According to the regulation, the Vice-Speaker will not lose her position in case of dismissal of the faction.
