A lawyer of " Omega Group" prepares a lawsuit not only against current and former senior officials but against Giorgi Gakharia, the Interior Minister as well.

Giorgi Gakharia is not mentioned in the audio recordings, where a distribution of tobacco and business shares are mentioned.

It is not ruled out that there is a record where Giorgi Gakharia"s name and surname are mentioned.

Nato Chkheidze, the founder of "Iberia" does not speak about new recordings, but says that the British lawyer hired by them has evidence that is enough to fill a suit.

Nato Chkheidze responds to the statement of the Chairman of the Parliament today.

"The main message of the Chairman of Parliament was to arrest Okuashvili. This is a message for the prosecution,"- says Nato Chkheidze.
