"The CEC is directly performing  illegal tasks of Georgian Dream," -  said one of the leaders of the United Opposition Giorgi Vashadze at the special briefing.

According to him, the CEC has made an illegal decision and Grigol Vashadze will not be a presidential candidate of the United Opposition "Force in Unity" in the ballot papers.

 Giorgi Vashadze says that according to the unlawful decision of the Central Election Commission, Grigol Vashadze will be registered in the ballots as the presidential candidate of UNM. 

 According to Giorgi Vashadze, the government tries to portray the struggle of the United Opposition with the Georgian Dream as a battle of  two parties. Vashadze says that the United Opposition will appeal this decision.
