Petro Poroshenko did not satisfy Lutsenko"s statement on resignation. This happened after Rada members expressed their trust to the General Prosecutor. Only 38 MPs have voted for Lutsenko`s resignation.

The Prosecutor General has already confirmed the continuation of the job.

Yuri Lutsenko"s resignation was planning to resign in connection investigate the killing of the anti-corruption activist, Catherine Gandziuk

The victim, who was splashed with acid in July, died in Kerson hospital a week ago.
