"Cartu" foundation makes a statement regarding an annulment of debts for 600 thousand citizens, who are in the blacklist.

According to Nikoloz Chkhetiani, the Chairman of the Cartu Foundation, the foundation is actively cooperating with the Government of Georgia in implementing this initiative.

According to his statement, 100 million GEL are already mobilized by the order of Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder of "Cartu"
