Davit Kirkitadze has started hunger strike - his lawyer stated about it a few minutes ago. the lawyer visited a member of the United Opposition in the Temporary Detention Isolator.
At this stage it is not clear what will be the final formulation of the guilt, but according to the information provided by the head of the criminal police, Davit Kirkitadze is accused of having a criminal case under Article 353 of the Criminal Code.However, as Davit Kirkitadze"s lawyer Giorgi Kondagashvili says, the article is legally incompatible with Davit Kirkitadze.
According to the lawyer, Davit Kirkitadze does not plead guilty
