Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, member of the Faction European Georgia - Movement for Freedom, Sergi Kapanadze responds to the lifelong appointment of judges in the Supreme Court.
For Sergi Kapanadze it is of utmost importance that the court does not stay in the hands of Mursidze-Chinchaladze"s clan. A member of the parliamentary minority at this point does not see the political party"s willingness not to accept that 10-member list.
According to Kapanadze, members of the Dream speak only about the criteria and do not state openly that the judiciary will be released from the clergy of Murusidze. That"s why he doubts that the new criteria will be ajusted to these candidates again.
According to Sergi Kapanadze, there are those among the judges in the Supreme Court who are acting on Ivanishvili"s orders.
