The City Court found David Kirkitadze not guilty.
Davit Kirkitadze"s case, which deals with the period of his working as the governor in Kvemo Kartli, was held today.
The judge also canceled the bail request.
Several days ago, the Prosecutor"s Office sent a petition to replace Davit Kirkitadze` s imprisonment with a bail.
Davit Kirkitadze remains in pre-trial detention as he is charged in other criminal case as well. In particular, on December 19, Kirkitadze was charged with the assaulting a police officer and damaging property during a demonstration in the village of Velistsikhe on December 16..
