The questioning of eyewitnesses of confrontation during the wrestling championship lasted till late night in Saburtalo police station.
According to witnesses, their have provided detailed information regarding the incident. There were doctors and journalists among the questioned eyewitnesses .
The video footage aired in "Saturday Courier" showed how the president of the wrestling Federation Gega Gegeshidze attacked the champion of Europe first with an iron chain and then punches him in the face with a fist .
Investigation into the case is launched under the article of violence. According to MIA, the participants of the confrontation in the wrestling national championship refused to cooperate with the investigation, so they will be questioned by court.
