Winter session is being opened in Strasbourg today. On the first day members of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will hold debates on the presidential elections in Georgia.The reports of foreign observers on the first and the second rounds will be reviewed. MPs will also discuss Magnitsky list and the situation in Ukraine . The role of free media in the member states of the Council of Europe will be also considered.
