Eka Beselia received criticism from Vano Zardiashvili because of legislative initiative, which envisages postponement of lifetime appointment of judges for a 5 year term.
According to Giorgi Volski, neither Vano Zardiashvili knows the content of the draft law presented in Parliament and assessments, according to the MP, should only be made after consideration of the initiative.
"Eka Beselia and the authors of the bill themselves are not the people who do not understand or do not know the constitution or laws, so they have their opinions and we should definitely hear these opinions. There are constitutional norms, and I said that people who introduced this bill are aware of that.
