Former director of "Special Services" was detained on charges of embezzlement of large amounts of money. According to the Chief Prosecutor"s Office, he embezzled over 250 thousand GEL in the process of arrangement of drainage system in Lado Asatiani Street in Kutaisi.
According to the expertise, the works are poorly executed and the complete dismantling of the drainage system is required. The crime envisages from 7 to 11 years of imprisonment.
