Iliauni students demand rector"s resignation. Giga Zedania"s term expires at 10 pm today, otherwise students say they will start hunger strike.
The students demanded the dismissal of the rector after the meeting with Giga Zedania ended with no results. They demanded the restoration of the business school and the return of Giorgi Kadagidze on the position of Dean.
And now the main demand is Giga Zedania"s resignation. Students think that the rector takes decisions unilaterally , creating a crisis in the institution. They call on the Minister of Education to get interested in the current events.
