The Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia responds to TBC Bank"s case. Giorgi Gakharia says that the requirement of the National Bank in the framework of financial regulations is the decision made by the Regulator and he can not comment on this decision.

Giorgi Gakharia says that the Regulator will take decisions. Gakharia does not see a problem if Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze will run no more the largest bank institutions in the country.

"There is no institution in the country today which understand better the meaning of TBC for the financial system than the Regulator. So There cannot be question marks,"- said Giorgi Gakharia.
