TBC Bank demands to annul the NBG"s administrative acts. In this regard, TBC Bank has already filed a suit. TBC bank has released this information. TBC does not agree with the position of National Bank that TBC`s transactions violated the conflict regulatory framework 11 years ago.
"Today, TBC Bank has filed a lawsuit against the National Bank"s administrative acts .TBC Bank continues to dispute and does not agree with the National Bank"s position that the transactions of 2007-2008 by TBC Bank violated the law regulating the conflict of interest," - the statement reads.
The National Bank demanded to suspend signatory authority for the bank founders Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze.
The decision is triggered by violations of the requirements of the legislation regulating conflict of interests, which are linked to 2007-2008 transactions. Investigation Department accuses Khazaradze and Japaridze of laundering 17 million dollars.
