The members of the government are separating the investigation launched around the TBC Bank from politics and Anaklia port. Ministers claim that the project has full support from the state.
According to Giorgi Kobulia, Minister of Economy, Anaklia"s project is not a separate individual project and the TBC Bank"s case will not have much influence.
"This is not just a separate individual project project, it"s a whole consortium. For example, I do not see such a huge influence on this project but, of course, the events that are happening around TBC case have some impact.I hope that this noise will subside, of course, such events never reflect positively, in general on our economy and politics.I do not have the right to evaluate the correctness of the Prosecutor"s Office, which I read here is actually a serious charge based on the facts and we can not ignore it, "Kobulia says.
