The Minister of Justice declares that she does not interfere in political confrontation and for her the main task is a proper functioning of the court system.
"This is not new, the majority has different opinions, meanwhile the judges complains that they have problems in considering the cases, also the parties express their dissatisfaction that the justice is slow, because there are not enough human resources and there are many cases etc.
"The picture is complex, so I"m not going to choose the position, who is the one who said the truth, who said it better, it is important that the criteria they choose as a result of the transparent process, be clear for everyone," - says Minister of Justice.
