Parliament may recall back five members appointed in the High Council of Justice. Vice Speaker of the Parliament Tamar Chugoshvili made this statement at the plenary session.
According to Chugoshvili, the Council of Justice must revoke lifetime appointment, otherwise the Parliament will recall back 5 appointed members.
"I would like to offer you the next way - if the High Council of Justice does not make a statement about suspension of appointments for a short time, I think that this is the way out of this situation that the Parliament will recall all five members we have appointed in the High Council of Justice. Judges will not be able to take any decision without the members appointed by us. This is possible. All of them are appointed by appointed by us and the vote, and this is the fact, "- Tamar Chugoshvili said.
Tamar Chugoshvili addressed the opposition and noted that members of the Supreme Council of Justice should be appointed by high quorum.
