The Georgian Dream has already lost the constitutional majority. Gedevan Popkhadze is going to make a statement about leaving the ruling team. He together with Eka Beselia and Levan Gogichaishvili has not been in the party list for several days.
The so-called rebels are planning to introduce a new draft law on the criteria for selection of judges this week. Beka Natsvlishvili, who left the parliamentary majority on Friday due to the pension reform, also participated in the consultations, . Until now it is unknown whether Natsvlishvili will retain status of an independent MP.
"I will cooperate with the lawmakers who have left the parliamentary majority, especially on the issue of the judiciary, because our opinions often coincide with each other,"-Natsvlishvili said.
