The lawyer of "TBC Bank" founders demand to publish testimonies of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze .

Zviad Kordzadze has previously made a statement saying that investigation into the case of TBC Bank is classified as secret. However, a few minutes ago, the lawyer made another statement, saying that the Prosecutor"s Office does not confirm that the case material is secret.

Because of this, Zviad Kordzadze demands the investigative agency to publicize the testimonies of the founders of the bank.
