The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center demands recognition of Temirlan Machalikashvili, Malkhaz Machalikashvili, as the victim"s successor in the case of Temirlan Machalikashvili.
EMC appeals to Tbilisi City Court.The NGO said that all reasonable ways to respond to the prosecutor"s office have been exhausted and the silence from the investigative agency is considered yo be a violation of the law.
EMC believes that the initial instructions of the Prosecutor"s Office contradict the law on refusing to meet Malkhaz Machalikashvili"s victim"s claim.
