Law Enforcers Accused of Inhuman Treatment - Court will discuss the review of the detention measures for detainees

The Tbilisi City Court will discuss the revision of the preventive measures for three detainees that accuse Gldani-Nadzaladevi Police of torture and inhuman treatment.
The need to revise the issue of preventive measures has been raised after the Prosecutor"s Office requested to postpone the March 28 meeting. The motion was satisfied and the process was postponed for May 7.
Lawyers today will demand the release of the detainees on bail.One of the three detainees is accused of attacking the police .The case occurred on February 4. According to family members, young people have been physically assaulted by eyewitnesses and there are video footage of the fact.
