The murder of the Smiths family in the Khada gorge -the verdict of accused Malkhaz Kobauri may be known today.
At today"s court hearings, the prosecution and defense will deliver the final word, after which the jurors will render the verdict.
It is not excluded that Malkhaz Kobauri will use the final speech right himself.
The lawyer speaks about the absence of evidence and calls Kobauri"s scandalous testimony to be the result of pressure.
Malkhaz Kobauri is facing 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment for killing three members of the family.
